Heather is a real estate veteran with 18+ years experience and also a Denver Native.  She has been helping clients buy and sell homes throughout the Denver Metropolitan area for almost two decades and works with a variety of clients and properties—ranging from single-family homes and condos, to high-end luxury properties. Bailey Dolian, Listing Coordinator for The Lanphere Team

Bailey began her real estate career back in 2006, Bailey quickly noticed her propensity towards working with sellers and, more specifically, helping them navigate through the listing process.  As a certified Professional Property Stager, Bailey thrives on using her interior design know-how and extensive knowledge of the real estate realm to make the initial phases of selling a home as smooth and productive as possible.works with our Sellers from the moment our listing agreement is signed and manages the listing preparation until showings begin. Bailey helps with staging needs, installs the lock box, take notes and measurements for marketing materials, coordinates the property photoshoot with the photographer, reviews showing instructions with our Clients and inputs the property information into the MLS for Broker showings.


Desiree Marye, Transaction Coordinator for The Lanphere Team

Desiree has been working in the world of real estate for many years, the first of which were spent primarily on systems and technology.  In 2015, she became a full-time transaction coordinator and is constantly looking for ways to improve our systems and technology.  Desiree’s proactive nature means that all of our clients are kept well-informed and on track with their contract deadlines.
